So Facebook and other social media platforms are the keys or the place to awaken your potential customers and attract them. You build a page create post share content with your customer to make them aware of you they like your post, they join your page, you build community, and then transfer your customer from your social media to your website
And then from a website to your shop store or office or they directly access your service via the website if you sell or give online service unless you try to make them come to your store for purchasing your goods. And the cycle repeats itself for a period of time to give better result👍
